My name is Alekseeva Kseniia and my academic background is in computer science. For quite a while I have been attracted to the field of urban studies and improving quality of life, including climate change. As a Software Engineer I am interested in ways to automate and AI influence on these areas’ development.

For my future study I plan to develop a data-driven optimal bin placement methodology for converting the current curbside waste disposal method to a smart container network. In Korean cities with a unique waste management system, which has a complex topography and narrow alleyways this study will have more advantages.
